[Suggestion] [Concept Rework] Doran's Upgrades

Since Doran's items are getting old -replaced by other starting items-, Riot can rework them into starting low cost passive upgrades that will expire at a specific level (e.g lv9). Here's my idea:

50-100 (or free, you decide) gold each ... **Basic Intelect - ** Gains 3% more mana/energy regen. Every 60s, the first unit you kill will restore you 5% of your missing mana/energy. Divine Durability - Gains 3% more health regen. Every 60s, block 75 health of the damage you take. If the damage is not big enough to remove the block, keep it until the next passive. **Demi-god's Strength - ** Gains 5% more life steal. Every 60s, your next attack is a guaranteed critical and it will steal 0.75% of your missing health. ...

These low cost passive upgrades, suit the new mastery system and will give you enough remaining gold to buy something good. (e.g Cloth armor + pots) Tell me your opinions among this.
