Mistborn Talon

I believe it is time to create something phenomenal. Some of you are familiar with the works of Brandon Sanderson, I believe it is time to honor his works by integrating some of them into character skins.

Mistborn Talon is one I have thought about for awhile and I have a decent idea about what it should look like. He should be bare chested, have the tasseled cloak, be barefoot, and wearing the proper leggings. The weapon should be Glass or Onyx, a decision to be left to the voters. His W ability, Rake, should be spinning daggers. His E ability, Cutthroat, should leave two small puffs of mist on the point of origin and the location he goes to Ultimate should throw out a span of Mists and Ironbars should fly everywhere to the edges, like a real battle arena for Mistborn.
