Delavair is a mage who commands the sky itself to strike down his foes with devastating bursts of lightning and wind.

Passive: Curse of Thunder When Delavair damages an enemy with one of his spells they are marked with Curse of Thunder for 4 seconds. If an enemy reaches 3 stacks of Curse of Thunder they are silenced for 0.75 seconds and slowed by 25% for 2 seconds.

Q: Frigid Battering Delavair blasts all enemies in a line with icy wind dealing 40/70/100/130/160+(50% ability power) damage and slowing them by 50% for 1.5 seconds. If they are already slowed the slow is replaced with a root. range: 700 hitbox width: 225 cooldown: 13/12/11/10/9

**W: Hurricane's Wrath ** Delavair surrounds himself with wind for 2/2.5/3/3.5/4 seconds. Enemies within 300 units of Delavair (in spell area) take 10/25/40/55/70+(25% ability power) damage per second and are slowed by 20%. Enemies will be marked with 1 stack of Curse of Thunder for every second they remain in the wind. cooldown: 22/20/18/16/14

E: Electrify Delavair's next 3 basic attacks are empowered with lightning, dealing 30/50/70/90/110+(30% ability power) bonus magic damage. Each of these basic attacks will mark enemies with Curse of Thunder. cooldown: 22/20/18/16/14

R: Call of Lightning Delavair calls lightning from the sky in a target area after a delay of 0.5 seconds, dealing 100/150/200+(60% ability power) damage to all enemies in that target area. This ability can store up to 3 charges. Recharge time is reduced by cooldown reduction. range: 1500 target area radius: 200 cooldown (between casts): 5/5/5 recharge time: 50/40/30

Pros: Immense damage in teamfights lots of cc

Cons No escape potential low range in basic kit
