Champion Concept: Kera, The Corrupted Hand
After telling myself "I am pure. My work is pure." and "My genius will be understood - eventually." (j4f), by the releases of Pyke and Yuumi, I found my enthusiasm to return to Concepts & Creations. With nearly 150 distinctive champions in the game, it's hard to find the new differences among these days. But tbh, I always found my way.
So I have this idiosyncratic "break the map" champion to present with you: Kera, an assassin raised in Noxus. In the game, she is supposed to be a jungler who uses terrains better than Kayn. No, terrains are her main environment – that's much truer.
“The taller the height is, the better the views are”.

Abilities
P: Either Dead or Lame
The third basic attack slows the target by 80% MS and deal bonus 13 ~ 64 (+15% AP) Magic Damage (based on level).
Q: Unseen Launch/Lapping Cloak
Active (on the wall):
Cost: 40 Mana. Cooldown: No cooldown, available once after returning to terrain from the ground.
Gains additional range of 350 for her next 5 basic attacks in 4s.
This allow him to continually deal damage to the Drakes and Baron while W is on cooldown.
Active (on the ground):
Cost: 80 Mana. Cooldown: 2s.
1st cast: (Radius: 250) Whirls and damages the enemies with her long cloak, dealing 60/95/130/165/200 (+75% bonus AD) Physical Damage and empowering her next 2 basic attacks.
2nd active: Basic attack has a range of 250.
3rd active: Basic attack has a range of 350 and (with her blade) pieces through all enemies in the way.
W: Incursion
Kera starts the game with one point in W and stands normally at the base for maximum 4.5s then she climbs on the nearest wall and starts W’s cooldown.
Active:
Range: 500. Cost: No cost. Cooldown: 12/11/10/9/8s.
(From wall) Dashes to a chosen point on the ground and gains 50/55/60/65/70% AS. After 4.5s or using W again, she will forcedly move to the nearest wall or a chosen wall.
Using Flash or Teleport will be counted as using W once. Those spells can be used while W is on cooldown.
Using W to jump from wall to wall does not cooldown the ability.
Notice: When Kera is on top of a wall, she will be seen by in-ranged vision from any sides of the wall. The play space on the border terrains (which surround the map) will be restricted.
E: Elusion/Seduction
Active (on the wall):
Range: Self. Cost: No cost. Cooldown: 20/18/16/14/12s.
Becomes Stealth in up to 7s and gains 4/7/10/13/16 (+5% AP) (+5% lost HP) HP every second. She will expose when jumps out of a wall and becomes invisible again if she reaches another wall while the duration is still up. Invisibility is exposed to True Vision.
Active (on the ground):
Range: 275. Cost: No cost. Cooldown: 5s.
Dashes to an enemy, dealing 40/55/70/85/100 (+50% bonus AD) (+50% AP) Physical Damage.
R: Heart Breaker
Range: 750. Cost: 100 Mana. Cooldown: 85/60/35s.
Fires a powerful shot by her corrupted hand in a direction, shattering the heart of the first enemy champion hit and causing them to bleed in 3s. The enemy takes 200/300/400 (+50% bonus AD) (+80% AP) Physical Damage on hit and 20/25/30 (+5% AP) (+10% target lost HP) Physical Damage every second that follows.
