Way to break the "Remake game" option code.

Such a helpful option but not dug in deep enough to make it more effective. If my teammate joins the game and then decides to disconnect, the "remake game" option does not appear. And the 4v5 continues and I lose my lp.

Obviously this is a problem I know everyone had. I just wonder when they will allow anyone in fountain the first 3-5 minutes, no matter connected or disconnected, gives option to remake the game.
