How to make matchmaking better

The fact that you have to lock in is ok for ranked.. i guess. But i normal i feel 2/3 games quit. This is a big problem! If they don't lock in just give them the champ they're highlighted or if they haven't just a random. It's their fault!

Also you could give the support ekstra ip each match, as no one really wants to play support, and if they did matchmaking would go faster.
