Blitzcrank Rework Idea

In my opinion Blitzcrank is not that In need of a rework but I had a few ideas floating around. I'm looking to improve his steam powered golem theme so his abilities and model will be more steam punk and less techy/electrical.

Passive (Metallic Plating): Blitzcrank has 100 bonus armor. Blitzcrank loses 1 armor for every 1% of health he is missing.

First of all, Blitzcrank's base health and magic resist will be pretty low, and his base armor will be lacking a little bit. The idea behind this passive is to make it so he is countered harder by poke supports. The opposing adc will deal very little damage to Blitzcrank if Blitz is high on hp, So high magic damage supports can still deal a lot of damage to him and by lowering his health he will them become more susceptible to the adc's damage as well. The problem is that this passive may push Blitzcrank away from some matchups that use to be more favorable for him in the past

Q (Rocket Grab): The same but has a longer cast time post firring the grab unless the pull is successful

Adding about half a second onto the time that Blitzcrank is forced to sit still after missing allows for a little more immediate punishment. Maybe during this time he can have a quick animation where hes retracting his fist back to his arm. I imagine some steam exciting his arm as the fist is being propelled from Blitzcrank as a visual effect.

W (Shift Gear): Blitzcrank will cycle through 3 different abilities in this order: Wind-up, Overdrive , Burnout (2 second cooldown). Cycling though an ability will end any lingering effects from the previous one. Wind-Up: Upon activation Blitzcrank gains a burst of movement speed that decays over 4 seconds Overdrive: Upon activation Blitzcrank gain bonus attack speed for 3 seconds. While in this gear Blitzcrank's base attack speed is also increased. Burnout: Upon activation Blitzcrank gains a shield for 5 seconds and is slowed by 30% for 3 seconds

Each activations costs mana, and in the early game this ability will not be spammable. The idea behind the cycle order is as follows: Blitzcrank activates Wind-Up to close the gap, Overdrive after the pull to get his power fist off faster, and to follow up with auto attacks, and Burnout If the enemy survives and you need to back off. The slow is no longer "guaranteed" after the speed buff so Blitzcrank's w may feel a little more fun. Lastly, with CDR a lot of the slows duration can be negated on Burnout by entering the next cycle early, Removing the previous cycles lingering effects (the shield and slow)

E (Power Fist): The same as his current E

R (Backfire): The same as his current ult without its garbage passive. I imagine the AOE as a big burst of steam released from Blitzcrank instead of the electric field

Thats it. The passive may be underdeveloped, Its a newer idea and I have yet to consider much with it, so it may be bad for his kit, I donno. Anyways, thanks for reading, make a comment if u wanna or someshit. Have a nice day < 3

I won't lie. seems fun to play with, IDK if it is or isn't a good idea because I don't play bot lane often. I'll say good job with the W.

i like these ideas but, i think his passive giving him a flat 100 armor at full health just as bonus armor is way to powerful early on. poke champs can hurt him yes, but their poke will be weak early and with high mana cost he'll cost them all their mana before he's half health. maybe make it scaling? start with 75 (1-5) bonus armor into 100 (6-11), 125 (12-17) into finally 150 (18). this would help him scale better into lategame aswell giving him good pressure early (though worse than before) but more overall use as a tank late game. also, mentioning his R turning into steam, maybe every few second when his R is up, or just after using a W he'll went out steam from (add number here) directions from him, kinda like Urgod's shotgun knees. but RNG. it could be from just his back or maybe his arms. overall it would be cool as a small effect that skillfull players could use effectively

I don't think blitzcranks q.r.e need a change but I find it strange that his w slows him. In my opinion shouldn't work like that and it would be better off being changed into a different ability.
