Draft Pick for Normals in Oceania

As we know Riot has proceeded with the removal of Draft Pick for normals in Oceania servers.

I would like to inform Riot that they have made a mistake by committing to this as they have lost a Que and have taken out an important feature to League of Legends.

Important how you may ask, well as myself being Gold and wishing to climb Elo in the best way I can I found that draft pick helped very substantially I was able to get a feel of ranked and the way it worked for the specified season and patch and was able to hone in on my skills and improve them, not only did it help me get used to the environment of ranked before I played my provisional matches but it also helped many others in Oceania servers
