Olaf Rework Proposal - Kill the carry or die trying !

Hello Boards people, I am posting this here as well as Reddit for it to gain some attention hopefully ( Reddit link available)

So Olaf' kit is a little outdated despite having some really nice design ideas considering his age . For the most part his lore, theme, visuals, and splash arts are all fantastic and up to date with modern League standards (maybe not Forsaken Olaf which is basically a Red chroma) but his gameplay is starting to show its age . So from his lore , we can see that Olaf is a rampaging force of destruction that is most powerful as he is closest to death . Olaf wants to die a glorious death in combat and in this proposed rework I tried to preserve his backline diving raging viking fantasy while keeping his core gameplay intact.

Passive: -To Victory or Valhalla : - Olaf gains 0% - 100% (based on missing health) bonus attack speed and while below 50% maximum health, Olaf's basic attacks heal him for 0.5%-4% (based on level) of his missing health .These attack speed and healing bonuses are doubled below 15% maximum health .

Q - Undertow: TARGET RANGE: 400 / 1000 SPEED: 1550 COST: 60 MANA COOLDOWN: 7 - Olaf throws an axe to the target location, dealing 30/ 50 / 70 / 90 / 110 (+ 100 / 105 / 110 / 115 / 120% Total AD) plus 6 / 7 / 8 / 9 / 10 percent of enemies' maximum health in physical damage to all enemies it passes through and slowing them by 29 / 33 / 37 / 41 / 45% for 1.5 - 2.5 (based on distance traveled) seconds. Picking up the axe reduces this ability's cooldown by 4.5 seconds. W - Berserker Rage : TARGET RANGE : 900 COST: 70 / 80 / 90 / 100 / 110 MANA COOLDOWN: 16 / 15 / 14 / 13 / 12 - Olaf strikes the ground creating a torrent of true ice that moves along the ground and roots the first enemy champion hit for 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2 seconds and knocking aside minions and non epic monsters. -At max rank , this ability unlocks : If Berserker Rage strikes an enemy champion , after a 1 second delay Olaf unleashes a fearsome war cry that fears all minions, non epic monsters and enemy champions for 1 second except the enemy champion rooted by this ability. E - Reckless Swing : TARGET RANGE: 325 COOLDOWN: 14 / 12 / 10 / 8 / 6 - Olaf strikes with such force dealing 60 / 100/ 140 / 180 / 220 (+ 50% TOTAL AD) true damage to the target enemy and dealing half of that damage to himself . Basic attacks against enemy champions reduce this ability's cooldown by 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2 seconds . R- Ragnarok : COOLDOWN: 100 / 90 / 80 - Passive: Olaf gains 10%/15%/20% damage reduction. - Active: Olaf removes all disables from himself and becomes immune to them for the next 5 seconds and gains 60/80/100 Base Attack Damage and losing the passive portion of Ragnarok . Landing Undertow on an enemy champion extends the duration of this effect by 0.5 seconds , up to a maximum duration of 7 seconds. At max rank this ability gains a new effect : If cast below 30% maximum health , Olaf gains a new active in place of Ragnarok for the duration of the effect : Warrior's Passing .

Warrior's Passing : Olaf marks target enemy champion. Upon dealing damage to the marked enemy champion ,Olaf starts to lose 5% of his maximum health per second but gains 30/40/50 % movement speed when damaging the marked enemy champion and Berserker's Rage fears for 2 seconds instead . If the marked enemy champion dies within 3 seconds of taking damage from Olaf , then Olaf heals for 20/30/40% of all damage he received since activating Ragnarok over 4 seconds . If Olaf fails to slay his target , upon reaching 0% maximum health he will implode in vengeful fury, dealing 20% maximum health in true damage to all nearby enemies in a small area.
