Free Skin Bildgewater event???
I thought if you bought 6 mystery skins you would get a mystery skin for free after the bildgewater event was done?? I didn't get a free skin or am I wrong?

You are correct. "During Bilgewater: Burning Tides, for every six mystery items you purchase for yourself or friends, you’ll receive a free Mystery Skin after the event ends! [...] You have until 02:00 PDT on August 10 to earn bonus Mystery Skins, so get ahold of one before they sail away."
But in the FAQ's it also says "You’ll receive them within a week of the event ending."
I bought 30 mystery items, so I'm still expecting 5 free mystery skins.

Everyone got one who played gp. (captain gp) It was legit just the skin they made for the rework.

The Free Skin was Captain Gangplank, and was rewarded for people who played a matchmade game during the Burning Tides event as Gangplank. (note; this was only possible during Act I, Act II, and the Epilogue. Due to Miss Fortune's assassination attempt in Act III, Gangplank was temporarily disabled.) Wherever you heard "buy six mystery skins you get a free skin after Burning Tides is over" is a terrible source of information. You may have also gotten your information mixed up between Mystery Skins (can't tell what you're talking about in that respect, though) and Gangplank's Captain skin. However, since Captain Gangplank would very likely not be obtained for free by many players, Riot has placed the skin in the store for 975 Riot Points as of Wednesday, August 12th, two days after the Burning Tides event ended.
