I enjoy league of legends a lot and have played since season 2. Recently I have enjoyed coming up with concepts for new Champions. I made a thread a couple of days ago about what Jhin should have been in my mind, because I personally I felt he was not as good as he could/should have been. This just my opinion and this champion is in no means perfect nor do I believe I could do a better job then Rito's design team. They are a creative bunch that deserve far more credit then what they get. It is had to design a champion (learned that the hard way) and it's really hard to make the champion balanced, fun to play and fun to play against. Perhaps I have a not too terrible idea with this new champion, Vern. He is by no means done and needs lots of suggestions from you guys but I feel his kit is fairly interesting. Enough boring preamble lets get to the Champ.

Base Stats: Base Health: 593.12 Health gain: +92 Health Regen per 5 seconds: 8.52 Health Regen per 5 seconds gain: 0.65 per level Mana: 0 Mana gain: +0 Mana Regen per 5 seconds: 0 Mana Regen per 5 seconds gain: +0.00 per level Attack Damage: 60.22 Attack damage gain: 3.1 Attack Speed: 0.648 Attack Speed gain: 3.1% per level Armor: 26.1 Armor gain: 3.5 per level Magic Resist: 32.1 Magic Resist gain: +1.25 Movement Speed: 335 Range: 175

**Blinding Hunger **(P): Vern enjoys death, he gains one stack of Blinding Hunger whenever he kills an enemy unit. These stacks can be used to pay for his abilities. He can keep up to a maximum of 4/6/8/10 stacks scaling at levels 1/6/11/16. If he has maxed stacks he is blinded and can no longer see the mini map and can only see a small area around him (like Quinn blind) unless he removes all stacks or he waits 10 seconds for the Blind to wear off. When he is blinded enemies below 60% health are visible to him. While he is out of combat he loses 1 stack every 5 seconds.

Jugular (Q) Ability Stack Cost: 1/2/3/4/5 Cooldown: 12/10/8/6/4 Vern throws his blade at target enemy champion’s throat, hitting their Jugular. The enemy champion begins to bleed taking 10/15/20/25/30 (+0.2 ap) magic damage per .5 seconds for .5/1/1.5/2/2.5 seconds. During this time the target is slowed by 20%, if the Target’s Movement Speed is lower than Vern the target is stunned instead for 1.2/1.4/1.6/1.8/2 seconds.

Quench the Hunger (W) Ability Health Costs: 5% of his Current Health Cooldown: 6 at all ranks Vern aims to Quench his hunger for death by dealing damage to himself. He gains 3 (+0.01 ap) stacks of Blinding Hunger. If he has maxed stacks or he gains additional Stacks beyond the amount he can hold, he deals 20/40/60/80/100 (+50 for each additional stack) magic damage to the nearest enemy champion while blinking to them (positions him behind the enemy). Must be in 800 Range or no one takes damage and no Blink happens.

Ravage (E) Ability Stack Cost 1/2/3/4/5 Cooldown: 12 at all ranks Vern ravages an enemy with the next basic attack dealing 50/100/150/200/250 additional true damage to a target enemy. If this kills the enemy unit gain one additional Stack of Blinding Hunger. Passive: Every time you gain a Stack of Blinding Hunger reduce this abilities cooldown by 1 second.

Unleash the Beast Within (R) Ability No Cost Cooldown 120/90/60 For 5/10/15 Seconds Vern unleashes his true form transforming him into a soul reaping monstrosity. For every Stack of Blinding Hunger he gains 25 attack damage consuming the Stack while turning it into ad. He also gains 5%/10%/15% movement speed while moving towards injured enemy Champions. He also grows in size and gains 5/10/15 + (0.1 ap) as magic resist and 15/20/25 + (0.3 of his bonus ad when transformed) as armor.
