That's 5 champions. There are 122. Use a bigger sample to make your case.
Using that particular angle is a very common way of perspective, but come on Riot. They are all EXACTLY the same. Look at them. It looks silly. Even if you just invert it. Just do something to make them different.

Their stance isn't the same.
Portrait's sure, since they have to crop a lot of things out, but their stances aren't the same in the full splash art.
An artist tends to use the same pose in a lot of their work. It's part of that artist's style. You can't fault someone for drawing the way they do.

Obviously this is an awesome pose. Otherwise Riot wouldn't use it as much as they do.
