I have such a good idea for gift cards.

I got a LOL gift card for easter today, and the art is pretty damn outdated. Riot likes to show off community creations. So why ot hold a contest for best art or something, and the 4 winners get a 10, 25, 50, or 100 US Dollar or equivalent gift card to LOL with their art?
