A Trap Based Champion? -Pref Support

Hello League Community,

I'm a s5 player and have been on and off the game. I've had the idea ever since Teemo Support of a support (Not a Troll) that could have a trap spell and be useful. Not like Nid or Cait or Teemo, but a genuine champion that has a trap spell. Thoughts?
