Champion concept:

Emillio, Lord of Chaos.

Passive: Impending Chaos: Using an ability gives Emillio a chaos stack. Chaos stacks can accumulate up to 5 times. Emillio's basic attack will consume all of his Chaos Stacks at once, increasing the damage of that auto attack. If he consumes 5 Chaos Stacks, the next auto will cause an AOE to explode from the target, damaging nearby enemies, and slowing those affected by 60%.

Q: Chaos Bolts: Emillio prepares 3 Chaos bolts that hover above his head for 10 seconds. Emillio can tap Q to shoot one bolt, aiming each one differently. Or, Emillio can hold down the button for .5 seconds and fire all 3 after a short charge up. The 3 missiles will converge on his mouse. Each bolt will explode in a small AOE upon contact. If two bolts were to collide with each other, they would instead explode in a larger AOE. 3 bolts colliding with each other creates an even bigger AOE. Bolts can be cast one at a time, then another bolt can be fired at the bolt while it's traveling to explode it early. Has a relatively short cooldown. Chaos Stacks are only added on the initial cast. Has a relatively low range, roughly around Akali's Q range.

W: Dimension Hop: Emillio dashes a short distance, becoming incorporeal during the dash. He can't be targeted, and projectiles pass through him during this dash. He is only incorporeal for .5 seconds. Also lets him dash through terrain.

E: Center of Attention: Emillio creates a circle on the ground that then implodes, pulling nearby champions into the center of it. This ability is quite fast, and does a small amount of damage. Also has a relatively small range. (Think Diana E, but targeted on the ground instead.)

R: Let there be CHAOS!: Emillio enters an impowered state, lowering all of his cooldowns, increasing his movement speed, and increasing the size of all of his AOE's(Including his E). During this time, each spell cast will generate double Chaos Stacks (Meaning one rotation will give him full Impending Chaos stacks.) When Emillio casts Let there be CHAOS! he will immediately generate 5 Chaos Stacks.

Personality and lore: Emillio is much like magicians you've seen, except snarkier, cockier, and much more angry when he's not what's being focused on. He likes dazzling his foes, and leaving them bewildered and amazed at his power. Originally holding dominion over the realm of Limbo, he simply got bored there. Everything was whacky, and non-sensical, therefore whacky and non-sensical just made sense. When everything is chaos, there is no chaos. So, he went to the League and joined up, hoping to bring some chaos and confusion there instead.

Playstyle: Emillio is a bit of a mix of an assassin and a mage. He has medium range (around what Ryze's ranges would be like), decent mobility, and can be a huge threat. His W lets him slip in and out of combat easily, and his AOE attacks make him a monster in a team fight, especially with his ultimate. However, he's very vulnerable without his W or ultimate. His W gives skilled players a way to dodge important projectiles, as it'll carry you through any projectile, champion, or attack that would hit you otherwise if timed correctly. Playing around his passive is important, both for his allies and his enemies. If an Emillio hasn't auto attacked in a while, he might be preparing an all-in. Emillio can also help secure kills with Impending Chaos's heavy slow if it's fully charged. His full combo is also something to be terrified of. With 5 chaos stacks prepared, he can auto for the slow of Impending Chaos, ult and get another Impending Chaos auto attack, then hit an easy E into Q combo with the three shot explosion from holding the Q, which will give him another Impending Chaos auto attack. Where Emillio suffers is hard CC, and the lackthereof of hard CC himself. His E can be used to peel for himself a bit, but it doesn't pull enemies very far. He instead relies on his W for getting in and out of fights.
