Conceptual Runes
Precision
Keystone: Critical Timing Damaging an enemy causes a circle to appear around them. This circle ticks down from 3 Seconds, after which, the first basic attack against the enemy within 1 second deals 25% increased Damage. Landing a Critical Strike with this Rune permanently increases Critical Damage by 1%.
Rune: Legend: Bloodline -> Legend: Savagery Grants up to 20% Critical Strike Chance with Legend Stacks.
Domination
Keystone: Stay Down Killing an enemy places a stack on them, stacking infinitely. Each stack increases the damage you deal to them by 4%. If the target scores a takedown on you, you will lose all your stack on that target.
Sorcery
Keystone: Arcane Barrier A portion of all incoming damage is dealt to your Mana instead of Health. The conversion rate decreases as your Mana falls.
Rune: Chain Caster Casting a spell increases the damage of your next spell by 10% and Mana Cost 20%. The Cooldown of spells also decreases by 5%. If a spell is cast without hitting an enemy champion, these effects are reset.
Rune: Quick Draw Abilities that need to channel have their channel time reduced by 2% for each takedown you score. This caps out at 40%.
Resolve
Keystone: Oppressive Force Your first Basic Attack in combat stuns the enemy for Max Health10000(Armor100+Magic Resist100)Seconds.
Rune: Unyielding Strength Increases AD/AP (Adaptive) by 0.5% per Tenacity.
Rune: Sword and Shield Gain Attack Damage equal to 15% of Bonus Armor.
Rune: Might and Magic Gain Ability Power equal to 15% of Magic Resist.
Inspiration
Keystone: Inheritance Once every 5 minutes, dying allows you to gift an allied champion up to 25% of your current gold.
Rune: Hourglass Ward Stealth Wards turn into Hourglass Wards that have 35% increased Vision Range, die 50% faster, and slow out of combat enemies in its vision by 45%
Rune: Seer Ward Stealth Wards turn into Seer Wards that have 50% increased vision range and can be placed from 35% further away.
Rune: Transmitter Ward Stealth Wards turn into Transmitter Wards that have 20% increased Vision Range. Allies in its Vision benefit from your Self Targeted Spells, unless they are already affected by that same Spell.
