What to do with all this BLUE ESSENCE

Riot, can all the players that wanted to hextech craft annie's skin but own all the champs please get an outlet of some kind for the champion shards. We are the players that have already committed enough time to obtain every champion. But the blue essence that piles as I search and play for gemstones is literally a pole of wasted money a lot of players see. Not anything big. Maybe an Essence hextech recycling machine or something, that turns 4 blue into 1 orange, hell if I know. I just want a way to spend the currency I paid for in your game I support regulatory.
