Ashe Kit update concept

Ashe as a character is great thematically, but falls short in most roles compared to other marksman (-coughs- adc). Some changes i would personally suggest to further represent her theme and make her more viable: Passive- Queen of the Freljord: Crits apply a 0.1 second snare and applies 1 chill stack. Gains crit proc over time without auto attacking like normal Q-Frost Ranger- Passive- Chill stacks grant a low percentage slow, and enemy units within auto range gain a stack every 4-5 seconds. Chill stacks last for 10 seconds, and stack up to 20 for a total slow % of 20 or 40 (i'm not good at balancing). Active/toggle- Autos will deal bonus magic damage, and slow enemies, also applying a stack of chill (does not double stack if the hit crits) W:Volley- Fine the way it is, though, maybe some way to alter the cone would be nice. e: Not sure what to change about this, it's useful utility regardless. R: Either keep it the same or. Enchanged Crystal Arrows- Ashe's autos for the next 10 seconds place a crystal arrow into a target, after 3 the target is stunned for 2 seconds, and bleeds for bonus magic damage.

This could be completely overdoing it, but not all the changes are necessarily meant for the same update, just some general ideas about altering her kit.

I think the passive is too OP because if you had a 100% crit build with something like Runaan's it would be like making the enemy perma snared/lagging out and it would just be too strong
