Talon the broseph

Although last year talon's ssw skin was released I feel like he deserves a little more in game. I've been waiting for a skin with animations on him since at times I often find my team recalling while displaying animations, while talon just literally stands there for all released skins. I don't mean to sound rude lol but it's been in my mind for as long as I've been playing the game and I think that as a person who enjoys talon a new skin with new animations would make him a lot more enjoyable. Also I feel like talon players can be abused easy in lane. Yes I know he is a melee assassin, he has his ult and e as escapes but I feel as if he should have some sort of sustain in lane since all the mages pretty much abuse him in lane. Kassadin for example is a melee mage but he benefits from his q that work against long ranged mages. Zed and yasuo although melee aren't mana dependent and have good poke without necessarily being up in the opponents face not to mention a wind wall lol. I hope you guys hear me out on this! Thank you!
