Iirc it was referred to as "Dark Groom" Mordekaiser with the intention to put it in the Ghost Bride Morgana skin line.
Kinda looks like a darker King of Clubs Mordekasier (maybe it is just me).
He kinda got them thunder thighs though.
Morde has already pretty much seduced everyone with his regular skins, so who's he trying to seduce with this one?
