Winter Wonder (Or Snow Day) Vel'Koz Idea

So, I had this idea a few minutes ago.

Two different possible ideas...

1. Vel'Koz's eye is a Christmas ornament. He has a santa hat on and a scarf around his neck. He's got mittens at the end of each tentacle. His main abilities look like snowballs being thrown and snow that flies and sparkles in the air. His ultimate blows snow.

2. Vel'Koz is a winter spirit — light blues, light blue-purples, whites, grays, etc. Kinda wispy-like. His eye is adorned with some extravagant headdress. Think particles like Winter Wonder Karma Q and empowered Q. He shoot sparkling ice or snow with each ability. His ultimate either blows snow or shoots out lots of ice.

Might whip up a sketch or something soon, but I'll leave this quick description here for now.
