Rito ? why can't you make a Lag system?

how about to create a system that detects ur lag / ping / ms . however u want to call it. cuz its not the 1st time when I lose a game because of AFK / Not connected or leaver . Also when will you start do something about not let all players play ranked? I was Gold 5 6w , 4 l , then I got BRONZE 2 , because of logic , yes .. then I'm stuck in this "division" if u can call it like this.. Cuz I got ONLY! new players / testing champs for 1st time / troll / afk / flamers over flamers at RANKED . And I 80% lose that matches cuz I cant carry alone? shouldn't it must be a team work ? 1v5? 2v5 ? really now ... idk ... just make a TEST for who wants to play Ranked ... wtf , its impossible to get 3 wins in a raw in Bronze ... probably only if ur smurf and got 3 millions points on a champ? Really now , start do ur job. Thank you.
