Pirate Kled skin

Hey, i think you should add skins to champions that don't have much skins. One of them is my favourite champion Kled. So, i was thinking what skin would be good for Kled. I think Pirate Kled is great but he's only in my mind. The skin would look like this: Kled has a pirate hat, eye patch for his white eye and some pirate clothes, so he looks like a pirate captain. Skaarl has feathers like in sir Kled skin, but she is collored, and looks like a parrot. His q (when he is on Skaarl) would be an anchor on a rope, and his ult would look like line on a pirate map with a cross marking treasure on the end, and the speed trail would look like a ocean with wawes in direction of the ult. I think Kled really fits the pirate personality. It would be great if you add a special dialog with gp "who is the captain here" or something like that. Thanks.
