(WIP) Champion Concept - Nightmare

Name: Nightmare

Starter Stats: Health-550@lvl 2000@lvl18 Health Regen-15@lvl 1 25@lvl 18 Mana-N/A Mana Regen-N/A Range-175 Attack Damage-70@lvl 1 135@lvl 18 Attack Speed-0.7 + 2.0%per-level Armor-20@lvl 1 80@lvl 18 Magic Resist-40@lvl 1 60@lvl 18 Movement Speed-330

Abilities: Passive (Mind Games)-When an enemy champion uses an ability on Nightmare, he casts it back at them, dealing 75% of it's initial damage, and "Scaring" the target. (45 sec cooldown) Q Passive (Living Nightmare)-When Nightmare deals damage to an enemy, that enemy is "Scared" for 2/2.5/3/3.5/4 seconds, if Nightmare hits a "Scared" enemy with an ability, they are Feared for 1.0 sec. (An enemy cannot be "Scared" more than once every 30/20/14/11/7 seconds)

Q Active (Shadow Hand)-Nightmare reaches out toward an enemy, channeling for 1 sec(Nightmare can move during the channel, however it can be interrupted by damage from monsters or champions), he then deals 50/80/110/150/200 (+60% bonus AD, +45% AP) magic damage and "Scares" the enemies in a radius around the target. If Nightmare is interrupted during the channel, he is silenced for 0.5 secs. (cooldown 12/10/7/5/4)

W (Dark Reflection)-(requires target enemy champion or monster to be "Scared")(CANNOT be cast on epic monster) Nightmare summons a shadow of his target. The shadow has 14%/19%/25%/30%/40% of all his target's attributes, and 250/600/900/1100/1500 +25% of his target's Maximum Health. Nightmare can control this shadow, ordering it to basic attack, when Nightmare casts an ability, it is also cast on the shadow, but lasts for 5%/7%/10%/15%/20% of the time, and does 20%/15%/10%/7%/5% less damage. When the shadow takes damage, Nightmare takes 50%/40%/35%/25%/15% of that damage instead. This shadow lasts for 10/20/30/40/50 seconds. (cooldown 50/40/30/25/20 seconds after shadow death)

E (Shadow Play)-Nightmare briefly disappears, then reappears at a target location (same range as Zed W). After he reappears, he is invisible for 6 seconds (cooldown for invisibility 20/18/16/14/12 secs), and he gains 5%/9%/18%/27%/33% movement speed for the duration of the invisibility. (cooldown 16/13/10/8/6)

R Passive (Nowhere to run)-When an enemy is Blinded, Scared, Feared, or Terrified, Nightmare gains 20%/40%/60% Tenacity, 25%/50%/75%, Attack Speed against that enemy.

R Active (Nowhere to hide)-(No range limit)(Requires target enemy champion to be Blinded, Scared, Feared, or Terrified) Nightmare enters the mind of the target enemy champion, dealing 250/400/600 Magic Damage plus 15% of the target's missing health as Physical Damage. The target is terrified during the duration, and Nightmare is Untargetable.<--(3 seconds) (The summoner's screen goes dark with Nightmare's face appearing over the screen, laughing at the summoner) If the target is killed by this ability, all nearby enemies are terrified for 1.5 seconds and all enemy champions are revealed to Nightmare for 5 seconds, Nightmare can recast this ability within 3 seconds to target a new enemy champion if that enemy champion is within 2000 range, however the ability does 15% less damage with each cast (minimum 250), and cannot be used on the same target more than once per cooldown. (If NIghtmare is killed during the ability, the ability is canceled and put on cooldown normally.) (cooldown 160/120/80)

If anyone has any ideas, please post them and I will add them (or make changes to the champion) if I like them, or if lots of other people like them!

(R Passive, removed attack damage and ap buff, changed movement speed buff to tenacity buff, messed with the percentages a bit for both attack speed and tenacity)

(R Active, global 0.5 fear changed to 1.5 nearby fear, enemy champions are revealed for 5 seconds instead of 10, cannot use on the same target more than once per cooldown (in case someone respawns while the ult is active still), changed 'can recast this ability' to 'can recast this ability within 3 seconds')
