Idea for champion

So... i have great idea for champion. I was thinking of an melee ad assassin since Riot didn't release one true assassin for a long time. He would be a vampire but not like Vladimir cause has obsession of blood. This new champion would look like a character from teen vampire movies. So, beautiful young male with long fangs. His passive would be Fresh blood or Red eyes and if champion "tastes the blood" would give him some kind of buff like giving him more ad or buffing his abilities and his eyes turn red, but if he doesn't "taste the blood" for some period his eyes will start fading and he will get in starvation mode so he will start moving more slowly and harming himself but (this is optional if you want to make him a jungler ) he doesn't get in starvation mode if he kill jungle monsters. This will award poking in lane and early lane pressure but it would be so hard to proc his passive if he doesn't have ranged ability. So his Q would fire out a dagger which would stick on first enemy champion hit slowing them, but if it doesn't hit anybody it will stick into the ground waiting for him to pick it up and refresh cooldown. And his E would be like Talon's pre-rework ability so he could get behind his victims so he could "bite" them which is his ultimate. I don really have idea for W, but his ultimate is the big part... he "bite" enemy champion stealing their stats like ad or ap or mr or crit and turn it into ad for himself so he will get huge boost to his other abilities and aa. If he kills an enemy that he bites he gains a huge boost of movement speed moving on, to murder another victim. If you like that concept i can try making a model on paper. Tell me what you think.
