To Riot - Summoners being able to pay to play with custom skins?

This is to riot.

I notice a few people like to customize their champions a bit, and that's harmless and all, but what if we could pay so others could also enjoy the skin? Like maybe there would be a token to purchase that would be, oh I don't know, 5 dollars? One token would be linked to one skin of one champion. Then riot would make money off of something that they probably didn't care about.

I like this idea because as a creative type it brightens my day to see what kinds of crazy ideas people come up with! :D
