New Champion IDEA : Lady Killer dancer

Just Found this online and i feel this could be the basis for a great champion. Imagine an assasin dancer, a dress of steel and the grace needed to balance both. The dancer bends it, extends it, move it in the right ways either to make it deadly or to protect her and her allies. The grace in the movement and the stiffness of the dress makes it a quite unique motion and visual !

Anyone besides me find this very interesting ? any Ideas on potential spells
