Guys guys guys! We got this answer on the LAS forums from one of the rioters:
"Los skins de Slayers y Zombies son tematicos de Halloween, ciertamente, pero no son nuestro contenido de Harrowing de este año. :) Paciencia! Ya vienen mas cosas."
Translation:
"Slayers and Zombies skins are Halloween themed, certainly, but they're not this year's Harrowing content. Patience! More things are coming."

I'm on the skins teams, and wanted to pop in to clarify a few things from this post.
This year's thematic is more geared towards zombies/slayers as opposed to the Shadow Idles thematic (Harrowing) we had last year. (We'll be posting some additional messaging explaining the change a bit more in depth super soon!)
That said, there are no other skins coming for this event. The only skins will be Slayer Jinx, Slayer Pantheon and Zombie Nunu.
Of course, more things are coming, but they won't be skins.

I hope so i can't bear having only unoriginal zombie hunter skins this year, i mean COME ON who doesn't want to see something like Underworld Azir. Zombies are overrated and overused booo
So... Proof that people that posted hate threads over-reacted to PBE content? I'm surprised... not really. Also a link would be cool to see the proof.

Well those slayer skins really aren't in the spirit of halloween, slasher flicks maybe? But a lot of people are dissapointed that the theme isn't very recognizable and focused entirely in a mature blood (and gore-eque?) subset.
I don't find the slayers appealing personally and I don't the halloween in them either. Zombie nunu looks really nice, but I'm happy with my TPA nunu because I haven't played him much as a jungle main with vi and zac dominating my picks.
