new taliyah skinnn

its been 2 years or more cmon,where's the new taliyah skin i swear i will buy it in the first 5 minutes of it dropping to live servers (taliyah is fun you see and freljord is a pretty low tier skin just saying and ssg is good) also please make it an ultimate skin or legendary skin (so its actually good) if it happens i will only play league for months thanks
