New champ

i got that idea pretty long time ago and i was thinking about what a champion that controls black fire ? I'm thinking of him as an ad ranged champion that throw a black fire spear into enemies and when he crits he can send to spears with his both hands instead of one and his range can be around 450

P-His passive can be kinda like brand cause it's fire but would work as twitch one cause it's black one kind of edgy but cool.

Q-His first spell can use both hands to throw black fire like ornn W and can be clicked again for another burst/push of fire.

W-His second spell can make a pool around him with black fire that deals damage per time like mordekaiser passive but as a spell.

E- His third spell can be a fire shield explosion like ivern one but that takes health and deals damage around.

R-An ultimate when he create a spear with black fire and throw it into a distance and all the track place/ line where the Spear went thru can be put in fire and can click the spell again to burst that fire up then it goes off.

Hopes my idea get into consideration i'm willing to pay for something like that and sorry for my bad english have a good day and happy new year.
