New Queue

Dear Riot Games;

I thought about a new queue for players,who want to learn new champs or champs they hadnt played yet. I know that other player create a free game against 5 bots but its not really to look how the mechanics of the champ is. It should be a "normal" Queue where u can only play the champs u have bought now. (so no one, who play a champ with champlv 5, can play there)

I hope you think about it and that this idea find some guys who loves it
