Where's Ao Shin? Why are we getting another juggernaut instead?

So its been a long time since Riot confirmed they were working on Ao Shin, like around the time Udyr's ulimate skin was teased and ever since we've been given "soon (TM)." Up until recently Riot made a little mini-site stating how they want to be more transparent, and i can see why that would be a good thing, Riot isn't only a company that owns League, they are players like the rest of us, but here is what bugs me-- they missed something that would have pleased a lot of us, an actual confirmation of if Ao Shin is still coming or if he was scrapped like Averdrian, Gavid, Tabu, Urf, and Omen. Ever since the Bard teaser I've been hoping that the Storm Dragon would rise from his slumber and devastate the Rift, but nothing, instead we get a useless balloon, a shattered time stream, death incarnate, and a burly priestess of tentacle hentai. I'm all for having more champions in the roster but... WHERE IS AO SHIN I WANNA PLAY AS A FREAKIN DRAGON THAT ISNT HALF HUMAN!! And I'm not the only one who is saying this my friends who've been playing since S1 have been waiting for the skies to reveal the god of storms.
