Sell map accents/announcer packs after release

So forgive me if this isn't necessarily orthodox to post, or if this is the wrong board.

The amount of work that goes into some of these map accents and announcer packs is amazing that some of them really don't deserve to go to waste. The Gangplank announcer, Star Guardian Ahri announcer, the Arcade map accents - all of these would be super cool to have outside of their events, even if we have to pay for them.

Even if you don't personally like the announcers or accents, they're toggable - and you don't have to buy anything you don't want.

One counter point might be "what about events that are annual?" such as the Star Guardian event we've had twice now - that kind of thing could either be sold and then enabled for everyone during the period of the event, or there be exclusive buyable-only content for that event theme (you have to buy for SG Ahri's announcer, for example).

So many cool events have happened with map changing effects - Gangplank announcer + Bilgewater music, Winter Wonder map, Arcade map, Doom Bots map, Star Guardian announcer + map + minions, even Worlds related map accents - that it would be super cool if Riot offered these things year long with some exclusive content tucked into buying them.
