Looks more like Battlecast to me. I think Riot doesn't want to make a robotic/futuristic/laser-y skin for every champion and tries not to. But give it enough time and I'm pretty sure every champion will be and then all games will be pew pews and wub wubs.

There could also be some additional small touches to her ability effects.
Sunlight (Passive): The effect for this could be similar to 
ult target indicator but smaller and more centered on the upper torso of the enemy champion.
Shield of Daybreak (Q): perhaps a shield bash powered by rockets along with lasery glow.
Eclipse (W): The shield presented in the artwork would be fine...I don't have any other ideas immediately.
Zenith Blade (E): Adds a "Target Locked" text by the passive indicator and then proceeds to jetpack to the target.
Solar Flare (R): Projects a targeting laser from her sword and the targeting circle on the ground is an actual targeting circle. (Maybe like http://www.sc2blog.com/uploaded/nukes.jpg)
all leos skins suck, pool party is only "ok" one but this is AWESOME, would soo buy her and the skin with her

Love this skin but remember guys don't buy any of the projects skins when it comes out. But it on the 17th because that's when it is the cheapest.
Make the red more of an orange color and the skin is perfect. With the red it makes it look more like a Battlecast skin to me.
