New void champion Idea

Kro' Bah - The Void Spy

Passive- Morph: On Kill, replaces one of his current abilities for an ability from the enemy champion killed. Loses any stolen abilities upon death.

Q- Absorption: Absorbs a monster/minion dealing 50/100/150/200/250 + (30% ap and ad). Recast launches minion/monster dealing 40/80/120/160/200 + (30% ap and ad) damage in an area. Cooldown- 25/23/20/17/15 seconds

W- (Still need a name): Speeds himself up by 30% for 3 seconds, decaying over time. After 5 seconds, enemy champs near him are slowed by 50% Cooldown- 40/35/30/25/20 seconds

E- Toxic Burst: aoe explosion dealing 300 + (25% ad and ap) to all enemies within the blast. If he hits an enemy champion with this, reduces the cooldown of his q and e by 3 sec. Cooldown- 25/20/17/15/10 seconds

R- Reborn : Teleports to the exact spot of the last enemy he killed or to the nearest allied champion. Receives + 25% health regen for 5 seconds and 10% attack speed for 3 seconds. Cooldown- 150/125/100 seconds
