Memic - the Monster full of emotion (idea)

Memic is a crazy type of champion

Q: Catch of Glory : Memic throws a dark sphere out to pull his enemy a bit to him W: Wheel of emotion: Every 5th Abilitie Memic gets a Spin his Wheel of emotion If he gets Happiness he becomes life back based on his Maximum health If he gets Sadness he becomes a debuff orb for his enemy which reduces the movement speed from the enemy If he gets boredom his ULT RAGEEEEEEEEEE!?!?! gets a Stack at 3 stacks he can use his ult E: No real concept yet would appreciate it if you guys give me one R: Memic Reveals his true form and sucks every champion near him into him if the enemy is to close to him he gets percentage damage based on their maximum health

Thats is my Concept of Memic abilities

His look would be like Iron Inquisitor kayle just with 4 masks which shows his emotions Happiness,Sadness etc.

His lore I thought about him being related to Shaco
