On Time Travelers

I recently had some thoughts about time travelers in different universes and while some references exists in Zileans skins, like Time Machine Zilean, there is potential for something much bigger in the form of an ultimate skin referencing the well known and beloved Timelord known as The Doctor (Doctor Who). It would include 13 different player models, reminiscent of Doctors 1 through 12 plus the War Doctor, which would cycle through each time Zilean dies, be it with him actually respawning or being revived through other means, such as his Ultimate or (Since it wouldn't make any sense to punish the player for staying alive, but rather to reward him for using his Ultimate correctly), thus imitating the Timelords' regenerative abilities. Now I realize that 13 models (and 13 different voices) for one skin is a bit much and there are probably some copyright issues as well, but if there is any way this can be made a thing, it would be sooo awesome! :D
