My idea for afks

So this year has been a bit different for me as I've been coming across a lot more afk's than ever before, and I've been playing for 5 years. Most people tell me it has something to do with dynamic queue, but I don't see how. And I'm not the only one experiencing this.

Now, what I think would be nice is if when you afk you have increased chances of getting queued with other people who will go afk. Likewise, if you're like me and never leave unless it's an emergency you are more likely to be put with players who also have good attendance.

But then I looked at all the other things Riot is shitting itself with in regards to other aspects of their matchmaking and realized something like this is merely a pipe dream and I have no choice but to continue to gamble my way through ranked.
