LEE SINED

So with certain changes, since there is no more sight stone or warding smite item, Lee is kind of screwed... His ability to ward hop is crucial to his kit being viable at all... So I had an idea: I think there should be an addition to his passive. When ever Lee uses his W on a ward it should lower the CD of his wards by a lot. Obviously there would have to be testing to figure out that number but I think it would be a great idea to add to his kit in the spot hes in. What do you guys think?
