[New Champion Idea]: Izon the Archmason/Stone Warden

Name: Izon Title: Archmason/Stone Warden Weapon: The Izeonem Shard

Lore: Izon was born at the start of Ionia. He grew up to be a stone mason and was lining peacefully, but htat soon changed. The newly formed Noxian empire had attacked Ionia (not for the last time) and was devesating the peaceful villages, Izon was gearing up for battle when he heard a voice calling to him, "Izon" it beckoned. He followed the voice to a strange stone. With one touch, he fell asleep. He woke up what seemed like only a few second later, but many centuries had passed. He charged outside, thinking the war was still on, when he realized he didn't recognize a thing. There were noxus banners everywhere. He tightened his grip on the stone, a flash, and all of the noxian décor was gone. He tightened his grip again, and flash, the entire place was in ruins. He heard the voice calling to him, "These are all alternate realities, you can travel them and learn. that is your duty. Follow the legends." He grasped the stone one more time and arrived back to his own realm. The battle had already ended, Noxus had won. The Ionians however, as he later learned, had escaped and headed to the mountains. He decided to head there himself and was preparing for a long journey on foot, but his stone had his back, a flash, and he was there. When he arrived, he expected to see familiar faces, but centuries had passed and no one he knew was there. He was shocked to see that they had begun to abandon their affinity to nature magic for the raw power of darker magics. this was it, his calling, he decided to follow the legends and joined the league of legends to show that Ionia could survive without major change. There, he met Karma and Yasuo and they became friends and allies In this mission of balance.

Kit: Passive: Izeonem of Vision The Izeonem grants Izon the ability to see into time and space. Every couple of auto-attacks, Izon gains sight in the location where the attack hit an enemy champion or minion. (Izon fires attack, hits minion, gains sight where the attack made impact)

Q: Stone Mason Izon crafts a small rock barrier around an injured ally. Izon provides a small shield and movement boost to a nearby ally (target) for 5 seconds. (this is to help an ally get away)

W: Foresight the izeonem grants Izon vision into the future allowing him to dodge attacks. All nearby enemies are given Blindness for the next 6 seconds.
