Idea for a new champion

Hello everyone who are reading this (hopefully Riot) I have an idea for a champion that in my head sounds awesome. The champion is a close range tank with Ap as his main source of damage. His passive is called "Old habits" when low on health he gets damage and attack speed buff for the cost of his Armor and MR. The more Armor and MR you have the more AD and AP you will get when the passive is active. His Q is called "White magic" He throws a cross made out of light into a line dealing up to two enemies hit. His W is "Lighting Armor" it creates a shield for 1 second that blocks the next damaging ability. His E (cant think of a name) makes him dash to the first champion or epic monster hit by the "White Magic" granting the champion a slow effect for 2 seconds. His Ultimate ability (don't has a name either) grants him great movement speed for 4 seconds. While the movement speed is active he will leave a trail of light behind him after the 4 seconds end the trail will become a wall that gives Armor and MG debuff if passed through. His story is that he was a son of great Noxian dark mage that wanted from him to be a volunteer in the Noxian army. He escaped when little with the magic enhanced sword that were made for him when he grew up. He walked until he reached the walls of Demacia and got trained as a soldier there to fight with Noxian army. Because of his strict father he was filled with rage and hate against Noxus but somehow he still managed to bend the dark magic to his will and turn it into bright white light that he uses on his solo missions. When his passive activates he drops his Demacian armor letting the dark magic come out filling him with great powers. Although he uses his magic a lot never close by Demacian people.
