RIOT AZIR

So Azir is one of my favorite champions in League, and so far Riot has done a great job with balancing him and making nice skins for him, but one skin he needs is Riot Azir, I'm not an artist so I can't draw this but I can just imagine his ultimate being a wave of Riot police, and it would be so cool. Like please elaborate on this.
