New champion 'Copy cat'

its a champion where every single one of his ability is a spell shield, the catch is when he is hit or hurt with a ability he take no damage and can do that ability. So if Katrina ults and u sell shield it u take no damage and u can use it, if its a toggle like singed Q when u activate it it stays once u stop toggling it its gone. if kat ult was block he activate it with his own scaling ability o it wont be broken If their whole team is AD so he build ad and they have a ap caster leblanc and he blocks one of her ability he does not a lot with no scaling on his own, so u have to wisely pick what u want to upgrade u only get 18 points so 2 is left out (im not big of a lore guy so i dont know what to put) each ability got 15 second cool down at every state( might fix scaling and CD ) Q spell shield gives passive attack speed 10%/20%/30%/40%/50% W spell shield gives passive speed 10%/15%/30%/35%/40% E spell shield give passive armor 20%/30%/40%/50%/60% R spell shield give passive Magic resist 20%/30%/40%/50%/60% Passive 60 percent of AP is AD to Thanks for reading, its a pretty Crazy idea it will be cool different synergy and strategy u might purposely try not to dodge le blanc Q and try to block W so i can use it, it make new strategy. so if Caitlin ult u u can block it and ult her back, so when sejuani will be very passive with her ult if u can block it and copy it ,it can back fire
