Champion Mastery Suggestion

New to the forums buy i have a suggestion for champion mastery. Instead of an emote for the level 6 & lvl 7 mastery can riot add an effect to the champion that you mastered. Eg. say you master , when u reach lvl 7 mastery they could make his (bow) **glow **for all of his skin, make his daggers glow..
