Lila and Her Steam Machine
Lila both a prodigy and super-genius inventor from Piltover, but at first glance just looks like a normal, yet very pretty and very young lady.
With a desire to become a mighty champion of Runeterra herself, but with zero combat expertise, she made herself a battle ready machine powered entirely from hextech technology and steam! Where all of its weaponry is created and equipped by Lila herself and the machine is fully remote control.
It is quite an impressive machine, but still having some slight faults, like with its weaponry needs constant maintenance and repairs, so she can never send the machine too far off from her before it needs to come back. Other than that, it really is an unstoppable super soldier as long as Lila is nearby! (Her brain out matches current technological advancements.)
Lila is a duo-champion mage. Though Lila is the champion and is completely useless, she is required to give her machine's fire power and to control it. The weaponry of the machine becomes faulty and falls off over time - so then you need to go back to Lila to receive brand new equipment and get back out into the battle! So despite the machine only being destroyed in Lila dies, the balance comes into play with relying on Lila to deal damage.
The micro-managing aspect is simply deal damage with the machine and keeping Lila alive and in a good position to quickly grant the machine its weaponry and then get back to safety. The machine as an unlimited leash range to Lila and even controls the basic attack.

Weapon Repair (Passive):
Range: 250 units; Ranks: levels 1/6/11/16
When the Machine is near Lila, she will equip it with its weaponry allowing it to attack and use its abilities. While the Machine does not have available ability weapons, Lila gains access to new abilities.
The Machine maintains its attack weaponry for 3 (+1 per 100AP) seconds upon moving away from Lila's range. The Machine maintains its ability weaponry for 5/6/7/8 (+2 per 100bAD) seconds upon moving away from Lila's range.

Machine Gun Cannon (Q):
Cooldown: 2 / 2 / 6 seconds; Range: 1150 units; Cone: 90 degrees
Tap: Fire 10 bullets in the target direction that randomly spreads out as they travel, each dealing 10/15/20/25/30(+12%AP) magic damage to the first enemy in their path.
Hold: The bullets gain more accuracy and decreases the spread of the bullets, all 10 bullets firing in a straight line at maximum charge, automatically firing at max charge. Maximum charge reached after 4 seconds of charging.
Active with No Weapon: Lila rolls in the target direction 280/310/340/370/400 units.
Rocket Blaster (W):
Cooldown: 11/10/9/8/7 / same seconds; Range: 825 / 250 units
Active: Fire a missile to the target location, exploding upon impact and dealing 90/130/170/210/250(+85%AP) magic damage.
Active with No Weapon: Lila tosses a flash grenade to the target location, blinding enemies for 1.5/1.75/2/2.25/2.5 seconds and for the duration causes all targeted effects to miss.
Plasma Bolts (E):
Cooldown: 8 / 0 seconds; Range: 1250 / 100 units
Active: Fire a plasma bolt to the target location and another two ahead of each one based on distance fired, each dealing 40/60/80/100/120(+40%AP) magic damage in an area.
Hold with No Weapon: Lila automatically runs toward the Machine, gaining 12/24/36/48/60%(+8% per 100AP) total movement speed and healing for 4/13/22/31/40(+10%AP) health per 0.25 second.
Remote Control (R):
Cooldown: 0 / 60/45/30/15 / 0 seconds; Range: 900 units; Leash: Global
Tap: Command the Machine to move or attack.
Hold: Reveal a massive back laser to blast a beam towards the mouse cursor with a very restricted rotation for up to 3 seconds, dealing 15/40/65/90(+25%AP) magic damage per 0.5 second. The Machine is stationary while channeling the beam.
Hold with No Weapon: The Machine automatically runs toward Lila at 5/20/35/50%(+5% per 100AP) total movement speed.
