Hextech Engineer Manaless ADC Gameplay Concept Idea

I was watching the Jeremy Gaming Curious videos that talked about the struggles with creating a manaless ADC kit and how a Hextech Engineer character and kit type was something that was tried before but turned into other champs so I thought I'd take a crack at it. Let me know your thoughts! All numbers in the description are open for change.

Champ Idea: Hextech Engineer Manaless ADC

HE = Hextech Engineer

Passive: Kinetic Work Bench Battering Ram: No Cost: No Cooldown: HE carries around a modified battering ram work bench that HE uses to craft all of HE's gadgets. To power the work bench craft the gadgets the work bench has a kinetic battery that charges energy on auto attacks or fully charges energy when returning to the shop. Each spell costs a certain amount of energy. Every time HE casts a spell HE gains a slight movement speed boost. Melee attack range is 175.

Q: Attack Drones: Small Cost: 16,14,12,10,8 Cooldown after activation: HE crafts an attack drone that hovers around HE and gives HE a ranged auto attack along with the standard melee auto attack. Up to 4 attack drones can be deployed at once but each attack drone has to be crafted individually (a.k.a no ammo or charge system). Each attack drone deals a percentage of HE's attack damage (20%-50% based on level) can crit and applies on hit effects. A drone is destroyed each time HE receives damage (only applied once to damage over time). Attack Drones auto attacks also charges the work bench. Attack Drone auto attack range is 550. Attack Drones attack speed scales with HE's attack speed.

With Super Charge:
	Can have up to 5 Attack Drones out.

W: Sonic Grenade: Medium Cost: 24,22,20,18,16 Cooldown after detonation: HE crafts and detonates a sonic grenade that knocks all enemies within 200 range of HE away from HE slightly and silences said enemys and HE for a short amount of time and deals 30% AP to the enemies.

With Super Charge:
	Can be thrown as a skill shot and detonates on first enemy champ hit. Stuns for 1 second instead of silencing and knocking back in a 200 range area of effect. 
	Skill Shot range is 500.

E: Battering Ram Projectile Launcher: Medium Cost: 20,18,16,14,12 Cooldown after first activation: Upon activation HE's Work Bench Battering Ram turns into a projectile launcher for (some amount of time) turning the melee auto attack into special ranged auto attacks. In this state reactivating this ability switches the special ranged auto attacks between 3 states: State 1: A 500 range single target attack that deals 110% AD. State 2: A 600 range laser attack that hits all enemies in a line to the target and slows but deals 60% AD + 80% AP. State 3: A 400 range area effect attack that hits everyone in front of HE for 100% AD. These special ranged auto attacks have half the attack speed as HE and can crit and apply on hit effects.

With Super Charge:
	The special ranged auto attacks have equal attack speed as HE.

R: Super Charge: No Cost: 120,100,80 Cooldown after activation: HE builds a super battery that gives unlimited energy and cuts the Q, W, and E abilities cooldowns by half (stacks with CDR) but lasts for (some amount of time). Super Charge also gives Q, W, and E additional effects.
