Heartseeker Miss Fortune

This idea just came me a few seconds ago. Here are the full details.

The Heartseeker skins are obviously made for ranged champions. So.... why not introduce the Heartseeker Miss Fortune?

Her hair would be curled (like Ashe's hair) and they could either increase her ginger hair's brightness or give her a golden blonde hair color. Kind of like her cowgirl skin.

Her basic attack would be a flaming heart shot from her light pink pistols encrusted with mini-hearts.

Her outfit would a red corseted dress. The hem (skirt) would have a horizontal line that wraps around it. Inside the line would be an alternating pattern of pink and red hearts. She wouldn't wear a hat like most of her skins. Her eyes would be glossed a light pink (kind of sparkly). Her lips would match the color of the eyeshadow.

Her eye color would be a nice blue or grey.

Visual Effects:

Love Tap: it would something like a candy or paper heart (labeled MF on the inside of it) Q - it would be flaming heart bullet that explodes in a light cloud on the second hit. W - it would be candy hearts the fly out from beneath her. When activated her guns would radiate either red or pink. E - it would downpour a mixture of different colored hearts. R - she would fire off several round of hearts that if they kill an enemy they explode into hearts.
