Champions who need skins and skin ideas.

Okay so i have noticed that some of our older champons don't have as much love on the new skin side. Evelyn only has 3 skins that i know of and urgot ((bless that poor soul)) Needs a new skin, despite his battle cast he needs something more epic to get that under loved champ played more often. ''Comment on other champs'' KARTHUS Now we all know our favorite Litch got a rework recently, witch went amazing by the way. So despite his skins... Why does he not have a Litch king skin? Golden crown gold and cloth armor. Something that makes him look nice and fancy but at the same time just as terrifying. I personally have been having hope for this skin for a while now but little to no new. SO the idea is something i put out there. {{summoner:10}}
