New Champion concept

Hi guys, i was scribbling some ideas down and i came to a champion concept, it might be slightly unbalanced, but leave your feedback down below, also if there's spelling mistakes(wich there's alot of 'em) i just couldn't be bothered to correct them.

Ensis concept

Q Thrust

Short range wider at the end skillshot that applies a stack of “serration” and “tenderized” to the enemy. Damages twice. Killing a minion or monster, will refund the mana cost and half the cooldown and will give 10 inspiration

Serration, 50% of damage is taken as true damage over time refreshed by AA or abilities by Ensis. Tenderized, doubles W stacking, and guarantees a critical hit.

W Leaping slash

Ensis leaps and executes an enemy, if a minion is killed, 2 true damage is temporarly added, stacks indefintly and is refreshed by re casting stacks last 10 seconds, champion kills give 50 stacks, kills also reset cooldown and refund mana, gives no passive inspiration, only on champion kills.

E Everlasting stare

long range narrow skilshot that slows and fears all enemies or monsters hit, enemies are revealed permanently, until they take any damage from Ensis, after everlasting gaze is triggerd mark of the huntress will appear instead, enhancing sif's ultimate

passive: Ensis gains vision extended and true vision

R Sword throw

medium range wide skillshot that damages in both directions can be recast to slow down and spin mid flight dealing 50% of its damage each 0,5 seconds, also slows 80%, if hit twice it will stun for 2seconds

if the enemy has serration the ult will deal 100% double true damage if Ensis has stacks of leaping slash, they will become permanent if the enemy has mark of the huntress, the sword will gain extended range if it hits the enemy with the debuff

procs courageaus inspiration, inspiration with double effects.

Passive, when Ensis's ult is on cooldown she gains 10%cdr that stacks with her normal cdr and she gains 20% more armor, MR, and Attack

Actual Passive

gains 1 inspiration per 5 seconds, attacking champions or large monstes with AA grants 2 inspiration, with abilities 4, minion kills grant 1 per minion, upon reaching 100 inspiration it will instantly activate, healing all allies for 10-15-20% and boosting their movement by 10-20-40% also their attack damage, abilty power, armor and magic resist will be permanently increased by the amount of their current level.
