Sion skin Brainstorm - incorporating old with new: Special Forces Sion

I am re writing this to the NA Board since I had no response in the OCE board.

TL;DR

Incorportating our love for the the old Sion voice overs and making it into something new!

SPECIAL FORCES SION

• Arnie voice overs for his Kit
• His kit to be Black Tactical Gear holding a miltary combat axe/shotgun to fire his E
• Creme de la creme when he ults he should either: Swing from a Hind helicoptor and of course say " GET TO DA CHOPPA!!" or push and old GMC Bronco and yell "ANG-ANG-ANG-ANG-ANG" (Arnie fans should get that...I hope)
